A young man falls for a girl who holds the position of student council president at their school. Despite his feelings, he is unable to confess to her. However, a stroke of luck comes his way when he accidentally uses his cell phone camera to spy on her. Upon reviewing the footage, he discovers that she is not wearing any underwear. The following day, he tells the girl about what he saw, and she asks him for a favor. After some investigation, he learns that the girl actually has a hidden desire to exhibit herself in public, but only wants the boy to know about it.
