A World That I Rule

The main character is pulled into a strange vortex in the river and unexpectedly finds himself on an island in a different realm. The inhabitants are elves who dress in leaf garments, possess the intelligence of infants, and engage in frequent sexual activity. Despite their frail bodies, the protagonist sets out to become their ruler and impose strict control, teaching them the ways of cruelty and malice while reveling in their violent conflicts.
