Taichi Yamada is an avid admirer, but not just of anyone – he is a devoted follower of Kokoro Shiina, a popular gravure model. Perhaps it was destiny that brought them together, as Taichi crossed paths with Kokoro when she unexpectedly fell from the sky. After waking up in the hospital, he starts to see Kokoro’s ghostly presence and soon encounters a shinigami who has come to take her to the afterlife. Will this be the end for Kokoro? What actions will Taichi take to rescue his beloved idol?
